Trademark Guidelines
These guidelines aim to prevent AT Worthy and the Digital Worthiness trademarks from being used to mislead or confuse anyone looking for the digital rating of and the digital worthiness resources.
We want to promote the legitimate use of Digital Rating, but we reserve the right to take action against anyone who misuses any trademark or use without authorization.
If you’d like to use AT Worthy trademarks for reasons other than those listed above, please ask for our authorization by contacting us via the contact form at the bottom of this page.
You can use AT Worthy Technology trademarks without advance authorization to:
- Truthfully represent any entity’s Digital Rating obtained through the AT Worthy rating system.
- Report news or information about AT Worthy, the Digital Rating, or the Digital Worthiness.
- Link to our sites.
